The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, process invoices, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and other ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and financial reports
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
