Provide expertise in developing learning materials and facilitating training sessions on youth and women agency participation in democratization across the Horn of Africa.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive training guide/manual for Lot 2 themes
- Facilitate at least two days of interactive youth cohort training in an IGAD member state
- Design case studies, simulations, and practical exercises
- Integrate regional examples and experiences
- Prepare and adhere to a project timeline
- Submit technical and financial proposals
