The Programme Manager leads child protection programming and policy work for Hope for Justice Ethiopia, overseeing lighthouse operations, driving advocacy and partnership building, managing grants, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to children affected by human trafficking.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for child protection programming and policy initiatives
- Oversee lighthouse operations and support victim identification and restoration services
- Lead advocacy, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage grant processes and donor reporting
- Develop program proposals and annual plans
- Coordinate monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance activities
- Support organizational administration and strategic development
