The Programme Manager directs complex donor grant operations, policy advocacy, and digital case management while supervising Lighthouse Managers to deliver trauma-informed survivor care. The role ensures compliance with donor and government standards, builds partnerships, and drives strategic resource mobilization for child protection initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor grants and ensure compliance with donor and government guidelines
- Lead policy advocacy and draft national policy briefs
- Oversee digital case management systems and MEAL data pipelines
- Supervise Lighthouse Managers and provide technical oversight for survivor care
- Coordinate with safeguarding, psycho-social support and MEAL teams to protect child data
- Engage partners, donors and government stakeholders to mobilize resources
- Prepare project agreements, compliance portfolios and grant reports
