The Community Facilitator supports the implementation of community-level activities to prevent human trafficking, modern slavery, and violence against children by engaging with SHGs, CLAs, and local leaders, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the establishment and facilitation of SHGs
- Follow up on SHG progress and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HFJ safeguarding policies
- Facilitate awareness sessions on child protection, parenting and trafficking
- Organize community discussions and forums
- Work with government frontline workers and community leaders
- Maintain communication with community partners
- Maintain accurate SHG records and submit weekly/monthly updates
- Participate in supervision sessions
- Adhere to HFJ safeguarding, code of conduct, and protection policies
- Report safeguarding concerns immediately
