Senior Social Media Officer responsible for managing Holland Dairy's social media presence across multiple platforms, executing paid campaigns, engaging the community, collaborating with influencers, and reporting performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own daily presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Telegram
- Schedule and publish content per approved calendar
- Research and optimize hashtags and SEO strategies
- Manage community engagement across all platforms
- Handle paid promotion budgets and campaign setup on Instagram and TikTok
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives and track cost-per-engagement
- Produce monthly performance reports with key metrics
- Coordinate influencer relations, product seeding and collaboration negotiations
