About the Role

The Sales Manager (Direct) oversees daily direct sales operations, leads a team of representatives to meet targets, coordinates cross‑departmental functions, and implements strategies to grow business performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee activity and resolve daily issues
• Lead and supervise sales representatives to meet order collection targets
• Achieve sales goals and manage direct sales operations
• Develop and implement growth strategies
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and finance teams
• Oversee invoicing, order allocation, and reporting
• Recruit, coach, and manage performance of the sales team
• Execute marketing activities and ensure excellent customer service
