The MEL Coordinator will design, implement, and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems across Hiwot Ethiopia’s programs, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting while integrating safeguarding principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MEL plans and tools
- Design data collection methods and reporting templates
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Prepare periodic reports for internal and donor use
- Facilitate learning events and knowledge sharing
- Train staff on MEL practices
- Conduct field monitoring and quality assurance
- Ensure safeguarding and PSEAH compliance
