The Child Rights Governance Coordinator will lead the implementation of Hiwot Ethiopia’s child rights program, ensuring high-quality programming, resource management, partnership building, and advocacy to advance children’s rights across Addis Ababa and the Amhara Region.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the Child Rights Governance project across Addis Ababa and the Amhara Region
- Manage financial, human, and material resources for assigned projects
- Plan, coordinate, supervise, monitor, evaluate, report, and learn (MERL) activities
- Organize workshops, seminars, forums, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources in collaboration with Program Director and Finance Director
- Maintain strong working relationships within the organization
- Prepare regular reports for organizational, donor, and government partners
- Develop new project ideas, concept notes, and proposals
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government institutions, CSOs, and other stakeholders
