About the Role

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of assigned rooms and suites, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards while providing courteous guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms and suites according to housekeeping and brand standards
• Strip dirty linens and remove used amenities
• Maintain room status reports daily
• Check and restock supplies
• Greet guests courteously with a friendly smile and eye contact
• Replenish linen and guest amenities
• Clean balconies
• Respond to special requests from guests
