The IT Supervisor supports Hilton Addis Ababa’s IT department by ensuring reliable internal systems, addressing user issues promptly, recommending improvements, and maintaining excellent service for hotel guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing outages
- Record issues and advise the IT Manager on escalations
- Recommend system improvements
- Communicate with the Business Center Team to address Guest‑related IT needs
- Develop team members and foster high quality standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, guests and staff
