About the Role

The Food & Beverage Cost Controller monitors costs and sales, prepares audit reports, and collaborates with outlet teams to improve transaction processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Edit daily Food and Beverage reports, reconciling all activities
  • Deliver accurate audit reports to the Finance Manager
  • Follow up on queries or missing checks with outlet supervisors
  • Compare revenues with computer system reports
  • Work with outlet teams on continuous improvement of transaction processes
  • Carry out spot checks and investigate findings
  • Adhere to fire, health and safety regulations
