The Food & Beverage Cost Controller monitors costs and sales, prepares audit reports, and collaborates with outlet teams to improve transaction processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Edit daily Food and Beverage reports, reconciling all activities
- Deliver accurate audit reports to the Finance Manager
- Follow up on queries or missing checks with outlet supervisors
- Compare revenues with computer system reports
- Work with outlet teams on continuous improvement of transaction processes
- Carry out spot checks and investigate findings
- Adhere to fire, health and safety regulations
