The Assistant Learning & Development Manager supports Hilton Addis Ababa’s HR function by designing and delivering training initiatives that enhance departmental excellence, leadership skills, and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Support departments in developing functional excellence and leadership capabilities
- Act as a catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation
- Provide training input for all hotel activities
- Assist individual and team development, career progression, and experiential learning
- Induct, coach, and mentor new team members
- Collaborate with hotel leaders on people development
- Partner to deliver training programs and interventions
- Conduct L&D reviews with departments
- Prepare annual training plans and calendars
