The Procurement Manager develops and executes procurement strategies for Hill Bottom Properties, managing supplier relationships, contracts, and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with policies, budget constraints, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules
- Prepare annual and project‑based procurement plans and budgets
- Forecast material requirements in coordination with engineering and PM teams
- Identify supply chain risks and devise mitigation strategies
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Source, evaluate, onboard new suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and conditions to secure best value
- Lead tendering process including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations
- Oversee purchase order preparation, issuance, and monitoring against budgets
- Coordinate expediting, logistics and delivery to ensure on‑time availability of materials
