About the Role

The Procurement Manager develops and executes procurement strategies for Hill Bottom Properties, managing supplier relationships, contracts, and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with policies, budget constraints, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules
  • Prepare annual and project‑based procurement plans and budgets
  • Forecast material requirements in coordination with engineering and PM teams
  • Identify supply chain risks and devise mitigation strategies
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Source, evaluate, onboard new suppliers and subcontractors
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and conditions to secure best value
  • Lead tendering process including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations
  • Oversee purchase order preparation, issuance, and monitoring against budgets
  • Coordinate expediting, logistics and delivery to ensure on‑time availability of materials
