About the Role

Senior Customer Service Officer responsible for managing daily cash operations, ensuring accurate vault balances, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising branch staff to meet banking standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process and balance cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange)
  • Maintain organized vaults and ensure daily balances
  • Co‑ordinate and coach branch customer service staff
  • Monitor service levels and deliver high‑quality service
  • Execute accurate branch transactions and audits
  • Initiate cash consignments with Treasury
  • Handle system entries for all cash movements
