About the Role

The Branch Operation Supervisor ensures efficient customer service delivery by managing cash movements, vault custody, transaction accuracy, and financial reporting within the bank’s branches.

Responsibilities

  • Authorize and verify customer service transactions
  • Ensure accuracy of all books and reconcile suspense accounts
  • Maintain custody of cheques, payment instruments, and passbooks
  • Administer primary and secondary vaults
  • Initiate cash consignments to/from Treasury
  • Manage till operations for Customer Service Officers
  • Handle bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
  • Prepare financial reports for the branch
