Responsibilities
- Authorize and verify customer service transactions
- Ensure balance of all books and reconcile suspense accounts
- Maintain custody of checks, payment instruments, and passbooks
- Administer primary and secondary vaults
- Initiate cash consignments with Treasury
- Manage till operations for CSOs
- Handle bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
- Close tills and confirm cash balances
