About the Role

Supervise branch operations, focusing on cash and vault management, transaction authorization, reconciliation, and efficient customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and verify customer service transactions
• Ensure all account books are balanced and reconcile suspense accounts
• Manage primary and secondary vault custody
• Initiate cash consignments to/from Treasury
• Control till limits and oversee till operations
• Handle customer inquiries related to cash activity
• Assist CSOs with bulk deposits/withdrawals
• Close tills and confirm overall cash balance
