About the Role

The Branch Operation Supervisor oversees daily cash handling, vault management, transaction verification, and financial reporting to ensure efficient customer service delivery and operational integrity at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and verify customer service transactions
• Ensure all accounts balance and reconcile suspense accounts
• Maintain custody of cheques, payment instruments, and passbooks
• Manage primary and secondary vault operations
• Initiate cash consignments to/from Treasury
• Handle cash deposits/withdrawals and maintain system records
• Open and control tills for Customer Service Officers
• Close tills and confirm overall cash balance
