About the Role

Lead the Adama branch by delivering outstanding customer service, managing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
  • Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management to create selling opportunities
  • Monitor and improve branch customer service standards
  • Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Branch Operations Director
  • Support performance measurement and control of branch operations
  • Drive profitability through growth of service lines
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and refer as needed
  • Ensure adequate staffing and training for customer service personnel
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote products locally
  • Review and manage income‑expense accounts
