About the Role

The Branch Manager leads customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and business development within a bank branch, ensuring high satisfaction, compliance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
  • Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management and branches for cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality customer service delivery
  • Assist Branch Operations Director in setting operational objectives
  • Support performance measurement and control of branch operations
  • Contribute to growth of service lines and profitability
  • Address customer complaints promptly and refer when necessary
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide staff training
  • Collaborate with Marketing on local initiatives
  • Review income and expense accounts for financial balance
