About the Role

The Branch Manager leads the branch’s service delivery, operational efficiency, and business growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience while managing staff, finances, and cross‑selling initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
  • Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management to create cross‑selling opportunities
  • Monitor and improve customer service delivery
  • Set operational and business objectives in partnership with the Branch Operations Director
  • Support performance measurement and control of branch operations
  • Drive profitability and productivity growth
  • Address customer complaints promptly
  • Maintain staffing levels and train staff on product knowledge and communication techniques
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote bank products locally
  • Review income and expense summaries and manage controllable expenses
