About the Role

The Branch Manager leads service excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth in a retail banking branch, ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
  • Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management and branches to create cross‑selling opportunities
  • Monitor and improve customer service delivery to exceed expectations
  • Set operational and business objectives in partnership with the Branch Operations Director
  • Support performance measurement and control of branch operations
  • Drive profitability and productivity growth
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide training on product knowledge and communication techniques
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote products locally
  • Review income and expense accounts and manage controllable expenses
