Responsibilities
- Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
- Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
- Coordinate with customer relationship management and branches for consistency and sales opportunities
- Monitor and exceed customer service expectations
- Set operational and business objectives with the Branch Operations Director
- Support performance measurement and control
- Drive profitability and productivity of the branch
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide training on product knowledge and communication
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote bank products locally
- Review income and expense summaries and manage controllable expenses
