About the Role

The Branch Manager leads service delivery, operations, and staff management to drive profitable growth and superior customer experience at the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to enhance customer experience
  • Compile loan and foreign currency request information for approval
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management and branches for consistency and sales opportunities
  • Monitor and exceed customer service expectations
  • Set operational and business objectives with the Branch Operations Director
  • Support performance measurement and control
  • Drive profitability and productivity of the branch
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide training on product knowledge and communication
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote bank products locally
  • Review income and expense summaries and manage controllable expenses
