The Head-Building And Maintenance Section oversees all preventive and corrective maintenance of bank buildings, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted operations through coordination of teams, contractors, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Inspect buildings for structural integrity and safety
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance works
- Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and contractor performance
- Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and budget inputs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergency needs
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and installations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets, and service history
