About the Role

The Branch Manager oversees all branch operations, leading staff, managing finances, ensuring compliance, and driving member growth to meet the SACCO’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and supervise overall branch operations
  • Mobilize savings and expand membership growth
  • Monitor loan processing, disbursement, and recovery activities
  • Ensure proper financial management and daily cash control
  • Prepare and submit operational and financial reports
  • Supervise branch staff and evaluate performance
  • Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Promote quality customer service and operational efficiency
