The Branch Manager oversees all branch operations, leading staff, managing finances, ensuring compliance, and driving member growth to meet the SACCO’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise overall branch operations
- Mobilize savings and expand membership growth
- Monitor loan processing, disbursement, and recovery activities
- Ensure proper financial management and daily cash control
- Prepare and submit operational and financial reports
- Supervise branch staff and evaluate performance
- Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
- Promote quality customer service and operational efficiency
