Supports the design and execution of protection and inclusion programs, ensuring safe access to humanitarian services for vulnerable populations through risk assessment, community engagement, and coordination with partners.
Responsibilities
- Implement protection and inclusion activities per project plans
- Identify and assess protection risks in target communities
- Conduct field visits to monitor needs and implementation
- Organize awareness-raising sessions on PSEAH and gender equality
- Promote inclusion of vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities
- Facilitate safe referrals and coordinate with service providers
- Build relationships with community leaders and strengthen protection committees
- Collect data, maintain records, and prepare reports
