About the Role

The Finance, HR & Admin Officer will manage financial transactions, human resources functions, and administrative operations for HelpAge Ethiopia’s field offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting staff and program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure petty cash availability and process payments
  • Prepare payment vouchers and reconcile accounts monthly
  • Manage store goods, update stock cards, and report movements
  • Provide administrative support to staff and IT services
  • Handle legal compliance documents for Ethiopia
  • Maintain filing systems (paper & electronic)
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Prepare employment contracts and payroll information
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies
  • Support training and capacity-building activities
