The Finance, HR & Admin Officer will manage financial transactions, human resources functions, and administrative operations for HelpAge Ethiopia’s field offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting staff and program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure petty cash availability and process payments
- Prepare payment vouchers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Manage store goods, update stock cards, and report movements
- Provide administrative support to staff and IT services
- Handle legal compliance documents for Ethiopia
- Maintain filing systems (paper & electronic)
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Prepare employment contracts and payroll information
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies
- Support training and capacity-building activities
