The role supports the design and delivery of protection and inclusion programs, ensuring vulnerable groups receive equitable humanitarian assistance through risk identification, community engagement, referral facilitation, and rigorous monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Implement protection and inclusion activities per project plans
- Identify protection risks and conduct field visits
- Organize awareness sessions on safeguarding and gender equality
- Facilitate referrals and maintain confidentiality
- Engage with community leaders and build protection committees
- Collect and report protection data
- Coordinate with partner organizations
- Promote compliance with safeguarding policies
