The Social Worker will deliver survivor-centered GBV prevention and response services in Alamata, Tigray, supporting community-based protection initiatives, managing sensitive documentation, and coordinating with local stakeholders to strengthen protective structures for vulnerable women and youth.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate community dialogues and outreach events to raise GBV awareness
- Support local women’s groups and youth associations in protection efforts
- Assist in implementing EU CSF+ project activities and workshops
- Collect and report field-level data and activity summaries
- Coordinate with local service providers and government offices
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding policies
