About the Role

The Props Designer creates high‑quality physical props for events and productions, translating creative concepts into tangible designs while managing production, budgeting, and installation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create props based on briefs and creative direction
  • Develop sketches, mockups, and visual concepts for approval
  • Source materials and manage production within budget
  • Build, paint, assemble, and finish props with quality focus
  • Ensure safety, durability, and suitability of props
  • Coordinate with event/production teams to align requirements
  • Set up and arrange props on-site when needed
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and materials
  • Repair, modify, or reuse props for future projects
  • Meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
