This internship supports the Commercial Assets team in managing asset records, ensuring data accuracy, and generating performance reports to track commercial assets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update commercial asset databases
- Support asset deployment, registration, and reconciliation activities
- Validate outlet, customer, and asset master data
- Prepare and update Excel reports and dashboards
- Analyze data discrepancies and resolve data quality issues
- Monitor asset movement and registration status
- Coordinate with Sales and Regional teams to collect information
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Perform administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Commercial Assets team
