About the Role

Responsible for day‑to‑day accounting tasks in a brewery, including payment posting, invoicing, petty cash management, reconciliation of sales and taxes, audit support, and internal control implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and post customer payments
  • Issue sales invoices
  • Maintain timely customer account applications
  • Reconcile scrap materials and by-product sales
  • Manage petty cash and per diem settlements
  • Process PDC payments
  • Handle promotional invoicing
  • Perform VAT, excise, and discount reconciliations
  • Submit monthly withholding tax summaries
  • Support business continuity plan activities
  • Archive sales documentation
  • Assist audits with required documents
  • Reconcile weight bridge and Heilite Base invoices
  • Support period-end closing activities
  • Escalate issues promptly
  • Coordinate manual sales documents with tax & warehouse teams
