Responsible for day‑to‑day accounting tasks in a brewery, including payment posting, invoicing, petty cash management, reconciliation of sales and taxes, audit support, and internal control implementation.
Responsibilities
- Verify and post customer payments
- Issue sales invoices
- Maintain timely customer account applications
- Reconcile scrap materials and by-product sales
- Manage petty cash and per diem settlements
- Process PDC payments
- Handle promotional invoicing
- Perform VAT, excise, and discount reconciliations
- Submit monthly withholding tax summaries
- Support business continuity plan activities
- Archive sales documentation
- Assist audits with required documents
- Reconcile weight bridge and Heilite Base invoices
- Support period-end closing activities
- Escalate issues promptly
- Coordinate manual sales documents with tax & warehouse teams
