Oversee all repair and maintenance operations of HEINEKEN Ethiopia’s fleet, ensuring safety, cost-efficiency, and high availability through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all repair and maintenance operations of the fleet
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and work plans
• Forecast labor, materials, and supplies requirements
• Manage suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and compliance
• Analyze breakdowns and drive cost‑improvement initiatives
• Maintain fleet data records and reporting systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders for safety and sustainability initiatives
