About the Role

The role leads the development of distributor capabilities and execution of RTC strategies, coordinating with sales teams to enhance performance, manage territories, and implement digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of RTC roadmap and capability development for distributors
  • Enhance and monitor distributor capability frameworks
  • Plan and track progress against strategic road maps
  • Co‑create joint business plans with field sales managers
  • Manage distributor appointments, terminations, and territory rebalancing
  • Support RTC digitalization and e‑business initiatives
  • Provide data‑driven support to trade marketing and field teams
  • Lead periodic reviews and recommend improvements
