- Drive execution of RTC roadmap and capability development for distributors
- Enhance and monitor distributor capability frameworks
- Plan and track progress against strategic road maps
- Co‑create joint business plans with field sales managers
- Manage distributor appointments, terminations, and territory rebalancing
- Support RTC digitalization and e‑business initiatives
- Provide data‑driven support to trade marketing and field teams
- Lead periodic reviews and recommend improvements
