The Access to Finance Lead will design and implement innovative financial inclusion strategies for Heifer Ethiopia’s beneficiaries, coordinating stakeholders, managing projects, and ensuring effective delivery of financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of financial inclusion strategies for smallholder farmers and cooperatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and partnership development with banks, MFIs, insurers, and NGOs
- Manage project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities
- Provide technical guidance to staff and ensure quality delivery of financial services
