The Access to Finance Lead will spearhead the development and execution of financial inclusion initiatives for Heifer Ethiopia’s USDA P4P Project, driving partnerships with banks, MFIs, and other actors to secure sustainable financing for smallholder farmers and cooperatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead access to finance strategy for USDA Ethiopia P4P Project
- Design innovative financing mechanisms for smallholder farmers
- Engage financial institutions and partners
- Oversee implementation, monitoring, and reporting of finance interventions
- Build capacity of producer groups and cooperatives
- Coordinate stakeholder forums and partnership meetings
- Manage project staff and ensure quality delivery
