Responsibilities
- Build relationships with students and support their communication and learning needs
- Adapt lessons for students with SEN and motivate learners during teacher‑directed activities
- Track student progress using assessment strategies and report trends to teaching staff
- Develop subject knowledge, create learning materials, and organize curriculum and ICT resources
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment and promote positive behaviour
- Follow child protection laws and report safeguarding concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to foster teamwork
