Coordinate executive scheduling, office administration, basic accounting support, and inter‑company communications to enable the CEO and team to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s schedule and meetings
- Prepare letters, emails, minutes, and basic reports
- Organize office documents and financial records
- Support part‑time accountant with document preparation
- Follow up on clients, suppliers, payments, and tasks
- Receive visitors and coordinate daily operations
- Maintain supplies, filing systems, petty cash, and readiness
- Facilitate communication among partners
