About the Role

Supports business opportunities by identifying bids, preparing proposals, coordinating suppliers, and managing sales leads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and track local and international bid/tender opportunities
  • Prepare bid checklists and submission schedules
  • Organize required company documents for bids and proposals
  • Follow up with suppliers, buyers, clients, and procurement teams
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, company profiles, and proposal documents
  • Maintain sales lead trackers, supplier databases, and client follow-up records
  • Support business opportunities related to import, export, industrial supply, construction materials, manufacturing inputs, printing, events, and promotion
