About the Role

The Gender Officer will develop and implement HRNS-Ethiopia’s gender strategy, lead capacity-building activities, monitor gender integration in projects, and produce reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design communication campaigns to boost women's participation
  • Provide technical support on gender monitoring tools
  • Prepare progress, quarterly, and annual reports
