Data Analyst

About the Role

Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting program data using CommCare and other analytical tools to enhance the performance of HRNS Ethiopia projects in Bahir Dar.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with HRNS Ethiopia program objectives and support implementation
• Assist in field monitoring, supervision, and data collection activities
• Provide technical support and training on CommCare to project staff
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements
• Train field staff and partners on CommCare usage
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs
• Conduct statistical analyses for planning and evaluation
• Support baseline, midline, and endline evaluations
• Perform regular data backups for secure storage
• Produce activity progress, quarterly, and annual reports
• Ensure compliance with data management standards
• Provide training on data analysis tools and best practices
