Consultant will perform a baseline assessment and develop a MEAL system for the Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere Reserve Project, delivering mixed‑methods research, reports, and project management services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment of the Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere Reserve Project
- Design and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) system
- Collect field data using mixed methods across 14 kebeles
- Produce reports in English and coordinate translation to Afaan Oromo
- Manage logistics for fieldwork including enumerator fees, travel, and accommodation
- Engage stakeholders and ensure ethical research practices
- Deliver project outputs within the specified timeline
