This contract engages an experienced software development firm to design, build, test, and deploy a modular Digital MEAL Platform and YES Enterprise Management Module for HRF, incorporating AI-driven analytics, mobile-responsive interfaces, and robust data security.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a reusable digital foundation with user management, role-based access, configurable forms, workflows, dashboards, and audit logs
- Create an AI-powered MEAL module supporting planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning functions
- Develop a YES Follow-up module to track youth participants, enterprise formation, business performance, follow-up visits, finance/market linkages, and outcomes
- Ensure mobile-responsive design with offline data capture capabilities
- Implement strong data traceability, audit trails, and exportable reports in Excel, PDF, and CSV formats
- Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and a one-year warranty for the system
