Responsibilities
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Respond to escalated support issues and submit reports
- Formulate and revise support policies
- Monitor service parts flow using ERP and daily sales data
- Travel to customer sites for inspection and report preparation
- Coordinate with manufacturer support and manufacturing units on product development
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
