About the Role

Responsible for independent execution of all mechanical maintenance tasks on packaging machines, ensuring operational reliability and timely issue resolution during shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all types of mechanical maintenance on packaging machines
  • Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, inspections and tightening
  • Identify and communicate abnormal conditions that could cause production stoppages
  • Monitor machine condition during shift to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide quick solutions to mechanical issues within the shift
  • Write detailed reports on maintenance activities performed
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and participate in RCFA to find root causes
  • Follow safety guidelines and report risk incidents
