The Shift Manager – Brewing oversees daily brewing operations, manages equipment and personnel, maintains quality standards, and optimizes processes to ensure efficient production during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, direct and control resources (HR, brewing ingredients & machinery) during shifts
- Monitor and adjust brewing and filtration/fermentation processes
- Design and revise templates for data recording
- Guide and supervise operators in accurate data recording
- Ensure shift is equipped with necessary manpower
- Plan weekly working shift schedules
- Advise on simplifying process operations
