The Call Center Operator manages inbound and outbound sales calls, processes orders, provides product information, resolves issues, and coordinates with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to take customer orders
- Answer product inquiries and provide accurate information on availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules
- Record daily orders in the system and ensure follow-up for timely fulfillment
- Support new customer acquisition by capturing details and assisting with onboarding
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain daily call logs, update customer records, and assist in generating basic reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
