The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, timely material distribution, and compliance with safety standards while leading a team and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain inventory control systems, monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming goods, coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain warehouse records, reports, and databases; monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations; investigate losses and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, provide training, guidance, and performance management.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, project teams, suppliers, and transporters to support supply chain operations.
