About the Role

The Senior HR & Admin Officer will manage all human resources functions—including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, payroll—and oversee day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support Green Scene Energy PLC’s mission of delivering sustainable solar energy solutions in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing and offer management
  • Conduct background checks and manage pre-employment requirements
  • Develop onboarding programs and maintain HRIS records
  • Handle employee inquiries, grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
  • Administer payroll, benefits and leave records
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics
  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies and vendor relations
  • Manage internal communications and facilities maintenance
